1. Amendments to Terms of Use

Website Owner reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on this Website. Your continued use of the Website following such notification will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended.

2. Website and Product ordering and use

Access to this Website and to your portal is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services or to refuse to provide the Services to you without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website, which may include access to your portal, your account information and your product ordering history. Ordering of Services s subject to the following specific terms and conditions:

  • A user must register an account with us before ordering Product and Website Owner may refuse an account. Website Owner reserves the right to terminate an account at any time, without notice and without giving a specific reason.
  • Website Owner will offer a client dashboard which will record all orders placed, draft applications and invoices issued by the Website Owner.
  • You are completely responsible for keeping your password safe and under no circumstances will Website Owner accept any responsibility on any basis if you lose your password.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and suitability of all data provided and inputted by you in the ordering of any Product and you are responsible for the choice of any particular product ordered.
  • Before any order is commenced or processed by the Website Owner, you acknowledge that payment for the Product is required in advance and until that occurs, Website Owner accepts no responsibility for Product delivery. When the documents constituting a Product are delivered to you, the order is finalised and as such, finalised orders are not subject to any refund. If an order for a company is rejected by ASIC, (for example, for validation errors or other limited reasons) you are entitled amend an application and re submit it with no additional charge.
  • All documents constituting the Product are supplied on the basis that you are not permitted, under any circumstances, to alter or to attempt to alter the content of the Product. You are also not permitted, without our specific written permission, to copy or use the templates constituting the Product – in which the Website Owner owns the copyright – for any purpose.
  • All documents constituting the Product will be stored by the Website Owner on encrypted file systems and delivered to the user exclusively through the online user portal.

3. Linked sites

This Website may contain links to other websites (Linked Sites), which are not operated by Website Owner. Website Owner has no control over the Linked Sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites will be subject to the Terms of Use and service contained within each such site.

Generally, for account creation the Website owner captures full details of you or your organization, or your client, which is necessary to provide the Service. All data and passwords that are provided to us via the platform will be stored in an encrypted database which will only be provided to law enforcement bodies under compulsion of law. 4.2 When do we collect information?

We do not automatically collect personal information from you, or your clients, such as your name, address, phone number, email address or other personally identifiable information about you (personal information). We collect three categories of information when you use our Website:

  • the personal information you voluntarily provide — that is, we collect personal information with your informed consent relating to you and your clients;
  • anonymous non-personal information about how you use our Website; and
  • "cookie" based information that makes your use of our Website easier by recording your preferences so that when you return to our Website the “cookie” re-loads that information into your web browser.

Under no circumstances does Website Owner accept any responsibility whatsoever for any wrong data inputted into an order for Product or the inappropriate selection of Product given the circumstances of the user or any client of the User.

If there is any breach of an implied consumer warranty, our liability is limited to replacement of the Product ordered and/or the supply of any services again.
